FAQs
Commercial questions
Yes — most commercial work is evenings, nights and weekends.
For commercial work, discuss the required risk assessments, method statements and site documentation before booking. The agreed documents and access arrangements should be in place before work begins.
Share the brand specification, RAL reference or physical sample. Availability and appearance depend on the coating system and substrate, so approve a sample of the proposed finish before full application.
Send the locations, surfaces, access hours and expected maintenance needs. A planned maintenance scope can then be discussed, including inspection intervals, responsibilities and separately priced repairs.
